The Lower Manhattan Arts League is a network of independent arts powerhouses that banded together in 2008, all innovative non-profit organizations within a couple square miles South of Houston St. The League crosses disciplines, seeking to cross-pollinate their loyal audiences and bring high-quality arts to the forefront of the highest-density districts of New York.

Awards received by members of The League include 15 Emmys, 18 Village Voice OBIES, 1 American Theater Wing Hewes Design Award, 1 Drama Desk Award, 3 Drama Desk nominations, 1 Venice Biennale, 1 Pulitzer nomination, numerous Arts & Business Encore Awards, and many more.
